Our World Famous Chili Oil is created from a sophisticated blend of star anise, green cardamom, cloves, peppercorns, bay leaves, ghost pepper and cinnamon. we simmer this mix of aromatics alongside garlic and shallots to create a warm umami finish. Dehydrated thai chilis add a satisfying chunk.

The heat level is medium. Works great swirled into ramen and stir fry dishes and drizzled onto pizza and dumplings. Incredible when drizzled over ice cream.

Ingredients: Grapeseed Oil, Red Chilis, Salt, Sugar, Vinegar. Infused with / should contain traces of Star Anise, Green Cardamom, Ghost Pepper, Cinnamon Sticks, Bay Leaves, Cloves, Garlic, Shallots, Peppercorns.

Artisan chili oil infused with ghost pepper, star anise, cardamom, cloves, peppercorns, bay leaves, and cinnamon. Garlic and shallots simmer in grapeseed oil for umami richness. Dehydrated Thai chilis add texture and heat.

We currently ship to the U.S. and Canada only.
Orders are usually processed the following day. At worst within 3–5 business days from our Los Angeles HQ. Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information via email.

U.S. Shipping:

  • Standard delivery: 3–7 business days
  • For domestic orders we charge a flat rate of $8.
  • Every order comes with sticker(s) and maybe a chili from our garden if you're geographically adjacent.

Canada Shipping:

  • Delivery times vary (typically 7–14 business days)
  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import fees. 
  • Every order comes with stickers.
  • I know... It's expensive, support your local hot sauce shop or skate shop.
